Terms of Service

Signday is a recruiting workflow tool for high school baseball players and their families. It helps you organize school lists, track coach outreach, log showcases and visits, and build a public player profile. Signday is a planning and organizational tool— we are not a recruiting service, agent, or advisor, and we make no guarantees about recruiting outcomes.

• You must provide an accurate email address when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Don’t share your login or let others use your account. Each account is for one user.
• If you think your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@signday.app right away.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

The Free plan lets you track up to 5 college programs and access a limited set of school search results. If you reach the 5-school limit, you will need to upgrade to Pro or Elite to add more. Free plan limits may change over time with reasonable notice.

Signday offers paid plans (Pro at $29/month or $249/year, Elite at $79/month or $699/year) that unlock additional features including unlimited school tracking and the full NCAA recruiting calendar. Pricing is listed at signday.app/pricing.

Payments are processed by Whop. By subscribing you also agree to Whop’s terms and payment policies. Signday never stores your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period and then downgrades to the Free plan.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Whop according to their refund policy. Signday does not process refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@signday.app and we will help you work through it with Whop.

You agree not to:

• Use Signday for any unlawful purpose or in violation of anyone else’s rights.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm the service or other users.
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or deceive coaches, programs, or other users.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Misrepresent your identity, stats, grades, or any recruiting information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules at our discretion, without prior notice.

You own the content you put into Signday—your profile data, recruiting notes, contact logs, and anything else you enter. By using Signday, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including stats and profile information shared with coaches through your public profile.

If you delete your account, your content is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

If you enable a public player profile, it will be accessible to anyone on the internet, including coaches, parents, other players, and search engines. You choose what information to include. By making your profile public, you consent to that information being viewable without restriction.

We log page views on public profiles (timestamp and referrer) to show you when coaches may have viewed your profile. We do not identify or track the viewers themselves.

Signday is an organizational tool. Using it does not guarantee scholarship offers, coach responses, roster spots, admissions decisions, or any recruiting outcome. All recruiting results depend entirely on you, your abilities, your outreach, and the decisions of coaches and programs.

The Signday name, logo, design, code, and content (other than your own data) are owned by Samuel Jenkins and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Signday without written permission.

School logos, marks, and names displayed on Signday are the property of their respective institutions and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Their display does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with Signday. Signday is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any college or university listed on the platform.

Signday integrates with Supabase (database and auth), Whop (payments), and Vercel (hosting). These are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

Signday is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samuel Jenkins and Signday will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost recruiting opportunities, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service—even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from Signday will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Samuel Jenkins, Signday, and any affiliated personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You can stop using Signday and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe continued access creates risk. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Samuel Jenkins operates Signday, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email. Continuing to use Signday after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
